Referral codes let organizers pay promoters a commission for the ticket sales they bring in, with everything tracked automatically.
How it works
An organizer creates a referral code for a specific event and sets the commission: either a percentage of the ticket subtotal or a flat amount per ticket.
The promoter shares their link or code.
Every purchase made through it is tracked, and the promoter's earnings are calculated automatically on each sale.
If you're an organizer
Set up referral codes from your event in the dashboard at clubly.vip/dashboard.
Codes are per event, and you can deactivate a code at any time to stop new sales counting toward it.
You can also invite someone as a promoter on your team from your organization's Team page.
If you're a promoter
When an organizer invites you, you'll get a link to accept the referral.
Share your code or link anywhere: stories, group chats, flyers.
Your tracked sales and earnings build up per event. Payment arrangements are between you and the organizer, backed by the tracked numbers.
