Keeping Your Clubly Account Safe

A few habits keep your Clubly account locked down.

Your login is passwordless

Clubly uses one-time codes sent to your phone or email instead of passwords. That means there's no password to steal or reuse, but your code is the key to your account.

  • Never share a login code with anyone. Clubly staff will never ask you for a code, over chat, email, or phone.

  • Codes expire quickly and only work once.

  • If you receive a code you didn't request, someone may be trying to access your account. Don't use it, and let us know.

Watch for fakes

Only trust pages on clubly.vip. If a link asks you to "log in to Clubly" on any other domain, close it. Real Clubly emails come from our official addresses, and real support happens in the chat on our site or via [email protected].

For organizers

  • When a new bank account is added to your organization, payouts are held for 24 hours and a text alert is sent. If that wasn't you, contact support immediately.

  • Only give team members the access they need, and remove staff access when someone leaves your team.
