If your event isn't visible on Clubly yet, one of these is usually the reason.
Common causes
Still in draft. The event was saved but not published.
Not published yet. Publishing is a separate step after saving your event details.
Pending review. New organizer accounts and some events go through a review before going live.
Check your event status
Open your organizer dashboard at clubly.vip/dashboard and check the status shown on your event. If it says draft, open the event and publish it.
Published but still not visible?
Give it a few minutes, then check the event link directly. If it's still missing, message us in the chat, email [email protected], or open a ticket at clubly.vip/support with the event name and we'll take a look right away.
