Guest lists are how free or invited entry works on Clubly. Here's what each side needs to know.
If you're a guest
When an organizer adds you to a guest list (or you claim a free RSVP tier), your spot lives in your Clubly account, just like a paid ticket.
Free entries involve no payment, so there's nothing to refund if you can't make it.
At the door, check in the same way: show your entry and a valid ID.
Privacy: if you don't want your name visible on guest lists, turn on Hide from guest lists in your settings at clubly.vip/dashboard/settings.
If you're an organizer
Manage your guest list from your event in the dashboard at clubly.vip/dashboard. Add names, remove them, and see who's confirmed.
Guest list entry is the go-to for comps, promoters' lists, and VIP invites, no payment or discount codes needed.
You can also create a free ticket tier or an RSVP option on the event itself if you want people to claim their own spot.
Your door team sees guest list entries in the Clubly Scanner app at check-in, same flow as paid tickets.
