How money moves on Clubly, for both sides of the ticket.
If you're buying tickets
The price you see at checkout is the ticket price plus the Clubly service fee. The full total is always shown before you pay, no surprises after.
Service fees are generally non-refundable. The exceptions: if the event is cancelled by the organizer (or removed by Clubly), or postponed more than 6 months, you get a full refund including fees. Full details are in "How Refunds Work on Clubly" in the Payments collection.
If you're organizing events
The service fee is paid by the buyer on top of your ticket price, so you receive the full price you set. Price a ticket at $20 and you get $20 per sale.
Payouts are powered by Stripe and tracked in your organizer dashboard at clubly.vip/dashboard. See "How Payouts Work for Organizers" in the Payments collection for timing, daily payouts, and security holds.
Free tickets and RSVPs
Free ticket tiers, guest list entries, and RSVPs don't involve payment processing, so no fees apply to them.
