Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second lock to your account: even if someone gets into your email or phone, they can't touch your Clubly account without your authenticator app.
How to turn it on
Go to your settings at clubly.vip/dashboard/settings and find the two-factor authentication section.
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, any TOTP app works).
Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.
Save your backup codes somewhere safe. They're your way in if you ever lose your phone.
What changes once it's on
An authenticator code is required to disable 2FA.
Changing your email or phone number also requires an authenticator code, so an intruder can't quietly redirect your account.
For organizers: 2FA is required
If your organization is verified, everyone acting for it needs 2FA turned on personally before performing sensitive actions like issuing refunds. That includes team members, not just the owner. And a security heads-up: removing 2FA from an organization triggers a 24-hour payout hold plus an alert, the same account-takeover protection as a bank change.
Lost your phone?
Use one of your backup codes to get in, then set up 2FA again on the new device. Lost the backup codes too? Contact us and we'll verify your identity manually: message us in the chat, email [email protected], or open a ticket at clubly.vip/support.
