New to Clubly? Here's the whole flow, start to finish.
1. Find your event
Browse events at clubly.vip/events or open the event link your friend or the organizer shared. The event page shows everything: date, time, venue, age requirement, dress code, and ticket options.
2. Pick your tickets
Choose a ticket type (General Admission, VIP, early bird, whatever the organizer set up) and how many you want. The checkout total shows the ticket price plus the service fee before you pay, no surprises.
3. Pay
Checkout is quick and secure, powered by Stripe. Use the email you actually check, your tickets and receipt go there.
4. Get your tickets instantly
Tickets are created the moment payment goes through. They're emailed to you and saved in your account at clubly.vip/dashboard/tickets. Add them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for the fastest entry.
5. At the door
Show your ticket QR code and a valid ID (many events are 18+ or 21+, and some check that the name on the ticket matches your ID). That's it, enjoy the night 🎉
Good to know
Refunds follow each event's own policy, shown on the event page before you buy.
Some events allow ticket transfers to friends, look for the Transfer option on your ticket.
