Ticket transfers are available for select events, depending on the organizer's settings.
How to transfer
Open your tickets at clubly.vip/dashboard/tickets.
Open the ticket you want to send.
Look for the Transfer option and follow the steps to send it to the other person.
Don't see a Transfer option?
That means transfers aren't enabled for this event. Transfer availability is decided by the event organizer, not Clubly.
If you're unsure, or you have a special situation (for example the ticket holder can no longer attend), contact the event organizer through the event page, or reach Clubly Support and we'll double-check for you: message us in the chat, email [email protected], or open a ticket at clubly.vip/support.
Heads up about name matching
Some events require the name on the ticket to match a valid ID at entry. If that applies to your event, make sure the transfer puts the ticket under the attendee's real name.
