Managing Your Settings and Privacy

Everything below lives in your account settings at clubly.vip/dashboard/settings.

Contact info

You can update your phone number yourself. Email changes go through Clubly Support so we can verify the change securely (your email is where tickets and login codes are delivered).

Notifications

  • Marketing alerts: event recommendations and promos by email. Toggle on or off anytime.

  • SMS alerts: text notifications. Toggle on or off anytime.

Order confirmations and important account messages are always sent, they're not marketing.

Privacy

  • Hide from guest lists: keeps your name from appearing on event guest lists visible to others.

  • Show attending events: controls whether events you're attending appear on your profile.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is handled by Clubly Support to protect your data. See the article "Deleting Your Clubly Account" in the Account collection, or reach us in the chat, at [email protected], or via clubly.vip/support.
