Ticket types and pricing
Create as many ticket types as you need (early bird, General Admission, VIP). For each type you set the price, the quantity available, the sale start and end dates, and optional perks that show on the ticket.
The Clubly service fee is added at checkout and paid by the buyer, so you receive the full ticket price you set.
Limiting quantity
Each ticket type has its own quantity. Sales stop automatically when it sells out. You can also choose whether buyers see how many tickets remain with the show remaining quantity option.
Hiding and pausing sales
Hide a ticket type so it doesn't appear on the event page.
Set a sale end date to stop sales at a specific time.
Mark a type unavailable to pause it immediately.
Promos and unlock codes
Clubly doesn't have discount codes yet. To run a promo, create a special-price ticket type, hide it, and give it an unlock code. Only people with the code can see and buy that tier. For comped entry, use your event's guest list instead.
Note: some ticket changes may be limited once sales have started.
