The Clubly Scanner app is how your door team scans tickets and checks guests in on event night. Setting it up has two parts: giving your team access, then scanning at the door.
Part 1: Give your team access (on the website)
Go to your organization page at clubly.vip/dashboard/host/organization and open the Team tab. You have two options:
Option A: Access codes (fastest for door staff)
In the Access Codes section, create a new code.
Give it a name (like "Front door Sat"), set how many hours it stays valid, and optionally lock it to one specific event.
Send the code (it looks like AL5G-TCQD) to your door person.
Access codes are single-use: one code logs in one scanner. Make one code per person working the door. You can revoke a code at any time from the same page.
Option B: Team member invites (for regulars)
For people who work your events regularly, invite them as team members with a role: scanner (ticket scanning and guest check-in), cashier, security, event staff, promoter, or manager. They sign in with their own account and keep access until you remove them.
Part 2: Do it from the app
You can manage the same team tools from the Clubly app on your phone: open your organization's team section to create access codes and manage staff on the go, same options as the website.
Part 3: On event night (your door team)
Download the Clubly Scanner app.
Sign in with a staff account, or enter the access code you were given.
Select the event and start scanning. Valid tickets check in instantly; already-scanned or invalid tickets get flagged.
Scanner acting up?
Make sure you're logged in with the right account or code.
Confirm the event is published and selected in the app.
Check your internet connection, then restart the app.
If a ticket shows as invalid, check whether it was already scanned.
