How Payouts Work for Organizers

This article is for event organizers. Payouts on Clubly are powered by Stripe.

Getting set up

Connect your bank account through your organizer dashboard at clubly.vip/dashboard. Payouts can't be sent until your Stripe payout setup is complete and verified.

When you get paid

Payout timing depends on your Stripe payout schedule and the event's payout settings. In most cases, payouts are issued after ticket sales are processed and any required checks are completed. Some events are paid out after the event concludes.

Need money sooner? Daily payouts

You can request a daily payout from the balance section of your dashboard. A minimum balance of $50 stays in your account to cover potential chargebacks, and requests are reviewed before funds are released.

How fees work

The Clubly service fee is added at checkout and paid by the ticket buyer. You receive the full ticket price you set for every paid ticket.

Security holds

When a new bank account is added to your organization, payouts are held for 24 hours and a text alert is sent to the account owner. If you didn't make the change, contact support immediately.

Payout late or missing?

First confirm your bank details and Stripe verification are up to date in the dashboard, and check whether a recent bank change triggered the 24 hour hold. If everything looks right and the payout still hasn't arrived, message us in the chat, email [email protected], or open a ticket at clubly.vip/support with the event name and we'll investigate.
