Every event on Clubly is run by an event organizer. Knowing who to contact gets you an answer faster.

Contact the event organizer for

  • Refund requests (organizers set each event's refund policy)

  • Event details: start time, venue, dress code, age limits, lineup

  • Ticket transfers and name changes

  • Event-specific questions and special requests

You can find the organizer's contact info on the event page or in your ticket details at clubly.vip/dashboard/tickets.

Contact Clubly Support for

  • Login and account issues

  • Missing tickets or confirmation emails

  • Duplicate charges, platform errors, and Clubly fee questions

  • Account deletion and email changes

  • Anything you couldn't resolve with the organizer
