Why Do I See Two Charges on My Card?

Seeing two charges can be alarming, but in most cases only one of them is real.

Temporary authorizations

When you check out, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold in addition to the actual charge. These holds usually disappear on their own within a few business days. They are not completed charges and no money leaves your account.

How to tell the difference

  • Check your ticket purchases at clubly.vip/dashboard/tickets. One order means one charge.

  • In your banking app, pending transactions are usually labeled as pending or processing.

Two completed charges?

If you see two posted (not pending) charges for the same order, that may be a duplicate transaction. Contact us at [email protected] or open a support ticket at clubly.vip/support. Include your order number and we'll review and resolve it. Clubly can issue refunds for confirmed duplicate charges and platform errors.

Please avoid filing a chargeback while we review. Chargebacks slow everything down and can affect your ticket validity.
