In most cases, tickets are created immediately after payment and are waiting in your Clubly account, even if the confirmation email hasn't arrived yet.
Check your account first
Go to clubly.vip/dashboard/tickets and log in with the email or phone number you used at checkout. If your order is listed there, your ticket is active and ready to use.
If your ticket isn't there
Your payment may still be processing, or it may need a manual review. Message us in the chat, email [email protected], or open a ticket at clubly.vip/support, and include:
The email address you used at checkout
The event name
Roughly when you made the purchase
We'll make sure it gets reviewed and resolved before your event.
