Refunds on Clubly are handled based on the event organizer's refund policy. Each organizer sets their own policy, and it is displayed on the event page before you buy. Some events allow refunds, others are final sale.
How to request a refund
Check the refund policy on the event page or in your ticket details at clubly.vip/dashboard/tickets.
If refunds are allowed, contact the event organizer using the contact info on the event page or in your confirmation.
If you can't reach the organizer, or you believe your situation qualifies, reach Clubly Support: message us in the chat, email [email protected], or open a ticket at clubly.vip/support. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
Clubly service fees
Clubly service fees are generally non-refundable. There are two exceptions where you get a full refund including fees:
The event was cancelled by the organizer or removed by Clubly.
The event was postponed more than 6 months from its original date.
Where does the money go?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, usually a few business days.
One important note: please don't file a chargeback before contacting us. Chargebacks delay resolution and can affect your ticket validity and account standing.
